Website terms
Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Tint & Go Pro website and its quote, contact, and booking features. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
Tint & Go Pro provides automotive, residential, and commercial window-film and vehicle-protection services. Our shop is located at 355 N Sheridan Street, Suite 110, Corona, CA 92878. You can reach us at (951) 904-4177 or tintandgopro@gmail.com.
Lawful site use
You may browse the site, request information, and contact us for legitimate personal or business purposes. Do not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape it in a way that burdens our systems, impersonate another person, or submit false, unlawful, or infringing material.
Estimates, bookings, and payments
Website prices, offers, timeframes, and quote responses are informational estimates unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Final scope and price can change after we inspect the vehicle, glass, surface condition, film, coverage, removal work, or other project details. An appointment is not guaranteed until confirmed. Deposits, cancellation charges, balances, refunds, and service warranties are governed by the terms disclosed for the specific booking or invoice. Third-party booking and payment providers may also apply their own terms.
Intellectual property
The site design, copy, logo, graphics, photos, videos, and other original materials are owned by Tint & Go Pro or used with permission. You may view them for ordinary site use, but you may not reproduce, sell, republish, remove attribution from, or commercially exploit them without permission. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
Information, availability, and disclaimers
We work to keep the site useful and accurate, but content may be incomplete, outdated, or temporarily unavailable. Photos show examples; actual appearance, shade, color, performance, legality, and results vary by product, glass, vehicle, installation, lighting, location, and care. Website content is not a safety, legal, or product-compatibility determination. Ask us about current product specifications and consult applicable tint laws before choosing a film. The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Tint & Go Pro is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing here excludes responsibility or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Terms for workmanship, materials, and any warranty are provided with the applicable service documents.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to Google Maps, review platforms, social networks, booking or payment providers, manufacturers, and other third parties. We do not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Visiting or using them is subject to their own policies. Google Maps and Places features are also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms and Google Privacy Policy.
California law
These website terms are governed by California law, without limiting any mandatory rights you may have. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Riverside County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Website data
Privacy Notice
This notice describes the information Tint & Go Pro may collect through this website and related communications. It does not replace a third party’s privacy notice when you leave our site or use its service.
Notice at Collection
We collect identifiers such as your name, phone number, and optional email; requested-service, vehicle, and property details; contact preferences and separate SMS choices; and device, referral, and campaign information such as IP address, landing page, referrer, UTM parameters, gclid, gbraid, wbraid, and fbclid. We use this information to respond to quotes, schedule and provide services, prevent spam and fraud, operate and secure the website, maintain consent and opt-out records, and measure campaign performance.
We do not sell quote-form personal information for money. Analytics, maps, pixels, or advertising technologies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under some privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Where those laws apply, we will provide the required notice and opt-out method. Retention depends on whether an inquiry becomes a customer relationship, warranty and accounting needs, fraud prevention, legal duties, disputes, and the need to document consent or honor an opt-out.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, and communication preferences.
- Quote and service details such as vehicle year, make, model, desired service, property type, photos, appointment preferences, and messages.
- Transaction or booking details supplied by you or a payment or scheduling provider. We do not ask you to place full card numbers in a general website message.
- Technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, and interaction data.
- Landing page, referrer, UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content, plus advertising click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid, and fbclid.
- Consent evidence such as the disclosure version shown, checkbox states, server timestamp, contact preference, opt-in or opt-out event, and related delivery or CRM identifiers.
Cookies and similar technology
The site and embedded services may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar tools to operate features, remember preferences, understand traffic, measure advertising, prevent abuse, and improve performance. Browser controls can limit cookies, although some features may not work as intended. Where required, we will present additional choices or obtain consent. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because no uniform standard applies. Where required, we honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control for the practices to which they apply.
How we use information
- Respond to questions and prepare or follow up on quotes.
- Schedule, provide, support, and document requested services.
- Process transactions and maintain business records.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- Measure campaigns and understand which services interest visitors.
- Comply with law and protect customers, our business, and others.
How information may be shared
We may share relevant information with service providers that support hosting, forms, analytics, communications, scheduling, payments, advertising, fraud prevention, and professional advice. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction. Providers are expected to handle information for the services they perform, subject to applicable law and their agreements. Depending on the feature used, these processors may include our hosting and security providers; HighLevel/LeadConnector for CRM and communications; Monday.com for internal operations when a record is synchronized; Square for scheduling and payments; Google for Maps, Places, reviews, or analytics; and advertising platforms when campaign measurement is enabled. We do not sell personal information for money. If our practices ever qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under California law, we will provide any choices the law requires.
Calls, texts, email, and marketing
A form submission authorizes us to review and respond to the requested quote using the contact method selected, but it does not by itself enroll the number in automated SMS. Quote, appointment, scheduling, and service texts require the separate non-marketing SMS choice shown on the form. Recurring promotional texts require the separate optional marketing SMS choice. Neither choice is a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or text HELP for assistance. Email marketing includes an unsubscribe method.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support requested communications, such as HighLevel/LeadConnector, carriers, messaging aggregators, customer-service, and hosting providers. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including service records, warranties, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not submit payment-card details, Social Security numbers, driver’s-license numbers, or other sensitive information through the quote form. We delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of information when it is no longer reasonably needed, unless continued retention is permitted or required. A minimal suppression record may be kept to honor an opt-out.
California privacy rights
Subject to legal thresholds, exceptions, and verification, California residents may have rights to request access to categories or pieces of personal information, deletion, correction, information about sources and disclosures, and to opt out of certain selling or sharing. Where applicable, residents may also limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. We will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising a privacy right. You or an authorized agent may submit a request using the contact details below; we may need information to verify the request and the agent’s authority.
Children and international visitors
The site is intended for a general audience seeking vehicle or property services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not intend to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site. Visitors outside the United States should understand that their information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in their location.
Changes to this notice
We may update these terms and this privacy notice as the website, services, vendors, or law change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner when required.
Optional messaging programs
Tint and Go Pro SMS Terms
Tint and Go Pro offers two optional text-message programs: (1) quote, appointment, scheduling, and service communications; and (2) recurring promotional messages about offers, discounts, and services. Enrollment in either program is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Enrollment and consent
Select only the checkbox for the program you want and submit the form as your electronic signature. Selecting Text as a preferred contact method is not, by itself, SMS consent. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number provided and are authorized to enroll it. Promotional consent does not authorize prerecorded or automated sales calls.
Frequency, charges, and delivery
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery cannot be guaranteed. Initial messages identify Tint and Go Pro and provide opt-out instructions. Marketing enrollment may use a reply-YES confirmation before promotional messaging begins.
STOP, HELP, and withdrawal
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP. We may send one non-promotional message confirming the opt-out. Other reasonable withdrawal requests will also be honored. To rejoin, submit a new opt-in through the website. Text HELP for assistance or call (951) 904-4177. Promotional consent can be withdrawn without affecting a quote, booking, purchase, or warranty.
Program separation and privacy
Consent to quote and service texts does not authorize promotional texts. We keep the two consent states separately and use the evidence described in the Privacy Notice to document the disclosure shown, choice made, and any later opt-out. Our handling of mobile information is described in the Privacy Notice above.
