TSER is the broader measure of total solar-energy rejection. Final installed VLT also depends on the vehicle’s existing glass and applicable law.

Automotive-film warranties vary by manufacturer and require the final product record, invoice, eligible installation, and proper care. Tint & Go Pro will identify the installed series and applicable written terms before delivery.
- Rayno Phantom limited lifetime coverage is non-transferable and must be registered within 30 days under Rayno’s current terms.
- 3M Crystalline and Ceramic IR include limited lifetime original-owner coverage in the U.S. and Canada under 3M’s written terms.
Aftercare
Protect the cure and finish.
- Keep newly tinted windows closed and do not clean them for the period your installer specifies—commonly 48–72 hours and sometimes up to five days.
- Temporary haze or small moisture pockets can be normal while the mounting solution cures.
- Use a soft microfiber towel with water or a mild, film-safe cleaner. Avoid abrasive tools, razor blades, industrial cleaners, and picking at film edges.
Correction policy
A clear inspection path.
- Allow the product’s normal curing period before judging final appearance; temporary haze, moisture pockets, and limited optical variation can be normal during cure.
- Contact Tint & Go Pro at (951) 904-4177 with clear photos and proof of purchase before picking, scraping, removing, re-tinting, or allowing another company to alter the affected area.
- Tint & Go Pro will inspect workmanship concerns separately from manufacturer product defects and compare the issue with the applicable written warranty.
- When a covered workmanship issue is confirmed, Tint & Go Pro will correct the affected installation area. Manufacturer defects follow the manufacturer’s claim and authorization process.
This summary does not expand a manufacturer warranty or limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper cleaning, road debris, glass or paint failure, pre-existing defects, or unauthorized work is not a workmanship defect.
