What does VLT mean?
Visible Light Transmission (VLT) is the percentage of visible light that passes through film and glass. The control shows nominal film VLT; the installed estimate combines it with 75% reference factory glass. A higher percentage looks lighter; a lower percentage looks darker. Your vehicle must be metered for the final value.
