Ceramic coating is a surface treatment—not an invisible force field. When paired with appropriate preparation, it can deepen gloss, improve water behavior, and make routine cleaning easier while the owner maintains the finish correctly.

What this service is built to do

Protection with a clear purpose.

Enhanced appearance

Proper preparation and coating can add visual depth and clarity to a well-maintained finish.

Hydrophobic behavior

Water and routine contamination are easier to manage when the coated surface is cared for correctly.

Maintenance support

A coated vehicle still needs washing, but regular care can become more predictable and satisfying.

Read before choosing a package: Ceramic coating supports gloss, water behavior, and maintenance; it is not scratch-proof, chip-proof, stain-proof, or maintenance-free. Results and durability depend on the selected product, paint preparation, cure conditions, washing, storage, contamination, and maintenance.

A practical fit

Who it works for.

  • New vehicles needing an early maintenance plan
  • Paint-corrected vehicles
  • Owners who wash and maintain their cars regularly
  • Vehicles pairing coating with paint protection film

Warranty, aftercare & correction policy.

01

Warranty

Product and maintenance terms vary by coating package

Any manufacturer or shop coverage is limited to the coating and package identified on the final invoice, subject to the written maintenance, inspection, and exclusion terms provided with that product.

  • Coating does not cover rock chips, deep scratches, dents, water-spot etching, bird-dropping damage, oxidation, clear-coat or paint failure, or collision damage.
  • Required maintenance washes, inspections, boosters, or registrations must be completed when the selected written warranty requires them.
  • A concern is inspected to distinguish product behavior, contamination, maintenance needs, and workmanship before any correction is approved.
02

Aftercare

Protect the cure and finish.

  • Do not wash, expose to rain, or disturb the coating during the initial cure window specified at vehicle release.
  • After cure, use pH-neutral products, clean wash media, and a safe hand-wash process; avoid automatic brush washes and abrasive polishing.
  • Remove bird droppings, insects, mineral deposits, and other contamination promptly, and schedule maintenance or inspection recommended for the selected package.
03

Correction policy

A clear inspection path.

  1. Allow the product’s normal curing period before judging final appearance; temporary haze, moisture pockets, and limited optical variation can be normal during cure.
  2. Contact Tint & Go Pro at (951) 904-4177 with clear photos and proof of purchase before picking, scraping, removing, re-tinting, or allowing another company to alter the affected area.
  3. Tint & Go Pro will inspect workmanship concerns separately from manufacturer product defects and compare the issue with the applicable written warranty.
  4. When a covered workmanship issue is confirmed, Tint & Go Pro will correct the affected installation area. Manufacturer defects follow the manufacturer’s claim and authorization process.

This summary does not expand a manufacturer warranty or limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper cleaning, road debris, glass or paint failure, pre-existing defects, or unauthorized work is not a workmanship defect.

Before you book

Questions, answered.

Does ceramic coating prevent rock chips?

No. Coating is not a substitute for paint protection film when physical impact protection is the priority.

Does a coated vehicle still need washing?

Yes. Regular, appropriate washing is essential to maintain appearance and surface behavior.

Should I install PPF before coating?

When both are selected, PPF is generally planned first and coating follows on the agreed surfaces. The shop can sequence the work for your vehicle.
