Warranty, aftercare & correction policy.

01

Warranty

Coverage is project and product specific

Residential and commercial warranties use different durations and eligibility rules. The written proposal should identify the film, glass, labor terms, registration requirements, and any available glass-breakage or seal-failure coverage.

  • Do not assume every architectural film carries a lifetime warranty.
  • Rental, commercial, exterior, sloped-glass, and safety applications may use different terms.
  • Manufacturer coverage does not expand Tint & Go Pro workmanship coverage or replace a glazing assessment.
02

Aftercare

Protect the cure and finish.

  • Do not clean newly installed architectural film for 30 days.
  • Temporary haze or water pockets can be normal during cure, especially in cool or humid conditions.
  • After curing, use a mild pH-neutral solution with microfiber, a soft synthetic sponge, or a soft squeegee. Avoid abrasives, pressure washing, tape, and sharp tools.
03

Correction policy

A clear inspection path.

  1. Allow the product’s normal curing period before judging final appearance; temporary haze, moisture pockets, and limited optical variation can be normal during cure.
  2. Contact Tint & Go Pro at (951) 904-4177 with clear photos and proof of purchase before picking, scraping, removing, re-tinting, or allowing another company to alter the affected area.
  3. Tint & Go Pro will inspect workmanship concerns separately from manufacturer product defects and compare the issue with the applicable written warranty.
  4. When a covered workmanship issue is confirmed, Tint & Go Pro will correct the affected installation area. Manufacturer defects follow the manufacturer’s claim and authorization process.

This summary does not expand a manufacturer warranty or limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper cleaning, road debris, glass or paint failure, pre-existing defects, or unauthorized work is not a workmanship defect.

Before you book

Questions, answered.

Is architectural window film the same as car tint?

No. Homes and commercial buildings require products and planning suited to architectural glass, construction, exposure, and installation conditions.

Can window film provide daytime privacy?

Some films can improve daytime privacy under the right lighting conditions, but privacy changes as interior and exterior light levels change. The shop should explain the limitations.

Can you quote from photos?

Photos and approximate dimensions are useful for an initial conversation, but glass type, access, and measurements may need confirmation before a final scope.
